This December, Maison joins Zebra, a former neighbourhood tavern in Zürich’s Kreis 4. After its takeover by Alban Muret and Mino Luck, the space has transformed into a charming bistro serving French classics and honest market cuisine. It is a room made for warmth, good conversations and collaborations that feel natural — the perfect home for our winter pop up.
For three weeks, Maison brings a bold Viennese note to Zebra’s French soul. The menu features straightforward bistro and Wirtshaus dishes shaped with a Maison twist: generous, comforting and full of flavour. A compact à la carte selection includes dishes from the current Zebra menu along with new seasonal plates created for December.
Guests can also choose the Chef’s Choice, a spontaneous four-course experience curated by Benjamin Plsek for 94.–.
Maison x Zebra is an intimate collaboration where Paris and Vienna meet at one table. Only a few seats are available.

The dinner event combines design, cuisine and art to create a multi-sensory experience. Natascha Madeiski and Laurin Schaub design unconventional table objects that combine function and artistic expression. Benjamin Plsek (formerly Maison Manesse) transforms regional, sustainable ingredients into surprising dishes. Projections of Fabian Häfeli's food photographs visually expand the space.
Nuova Tavolata presents design as a sensual dialog between disciplines. The enjoyment and challenges that arise during this unique dinner create a visual, tactile and culinary experience. The event takes place on the premises of a former industrial bakery. Today, “DasProvisorium” is a co-working space for the Zurich food scene.
